Full-time - Days, Monday - Friday

The Physical Therapist will have a general territory within our service area where they will provide one on one in-home care to the patients.

The office is in Roseville, MN and the general territory for this position would primarily be in the southwest section of the Twin Cities metro area.

1 : 1 patient ratios where you have an impact.Be a part of a company that has been improving people's lives for more than 40 years.A Few Must-haves for This Position : Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota.In the last five (5) years, two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist that is relevant to the patient population assigned preferred.Able to travel within geographic area serviced by office.
