Position Details

The Medical Office Assistant, under the supervision of the Business Office Manager, is responsible for the reception, coordination, and completion of tasks related to the operation and billable provision of services in a mental health setting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience with office/Administrative experience including filing, typing, office organization, computer skills required.
• Ability to time manage, prioritize, and work cooperatively within a team.
• Human Services or Medical Health field experience is preferred.
