Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school setting located in Williamsburg, VA. This contract position runs from August 25, 2025, to June 10, 2026, and requires an in-person commitment of 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals and enhance their academic success. Candidates must be prepared to maintain detailed documentation and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications :

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
• Valid School SLP certification
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to working on-site full time
