We're seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead operations and drive member satisfaction. A Crunch AGM ensures all members receive the highest quality of service. They will show the ability of achieving all financial goals by successfully leading, motivating, and coordinating daily duties to all employees while servicing all members' needs. This employee will demonstrate the highest level of command and professionalism to ensure the integrity of the CRUNCH brand. Administrative / Operations :

• Has a strong knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club
• Oversee, support, direct and develop MSR's
• Communicates and implements policies and procedures to all employees
• Encourages staff to work as a team and be productive by creating a fun atmosphere and productive work environment
• Takes lead role on all club making decisions
• Recruits, hires and trains all staff while having full ability to dismiss staff
• Ensures all club metrics are met or exceeded daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensures the club meets standards for cleanliness and maintenance
• Accountable for payroll budget by planning and scheduling staff to stay within budget
• Resolves all member complaints in an exceptional manner following club procedure
• Demonstrates the ability of supporting and working with all departments in the club including PT, Group Fitness, and Maintenance
• Serves as a role model to all staff and demonstrates a professional demeanor at all times
• Responsible for setting up mid-month and end of month parties / meetings
• Takes role and club cleanliness by assisting staff and maintenance and ensuring all needs are met and by making sure staff has all tools to effectively do their job
• Conducts frequent walk throughs ensuring club is above standard
