SUMMARY :
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Enterprise Portfolio Senior Manager to help establish and evolve a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within our organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping the governance, review, and approval processes for major strategic initiatives-from idea intake through prioritization, governance, and execution oversight. At times, this role may also lead key initiatives such as acquisition integrations, ERP implementations, and other enterprise-wide projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of change management principles, and proficiency in Smartsheet to drive visibility, alignment, and execution across the portfolio.
In addition to strategic and operational responsibilities, this role will include people management duties, including leading a team of analysts, fostering professional development, and ensuring high performance and engagement across the EPO function.

Qualifications
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $142,700 to $185,300.
Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Short-Term Incentive and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
A full range of medical, dental, vision, 401K plus up-to-four percent (4%) match, profit sharing, wellness program, paid parental leave, long-term-care insurance, critical accident insurance, short- and long-term disability and education assistance are also available.
