We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator with strong computer and organizational skills. This position coordinates customer service requests from initiation to completion. Partnering with service operations management, the service coordinator communicates the service schedule with the customer, coordinates with and schedules the Technicians while ensuring that the customer’s service request is completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• 2+ years’ experience in a dispatch / operations / customer service position
• HVAC / R industry experience preferred but will train the right person
• Schedules service requests handles client inquiries and concerns
• Prepares weekly / monthly execution plans for planned service agreements
• Procures parts-materials-tools
• Conducts customer service follow-up
• Facilitates the administration of warranty claims
• Receives / reconciles completed work orders
• Maintains up-to-date client account information
• A team player with quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
