Manager Trainees

Training is in Waco, Texas; Relocation Required after Training to a location in Texas or Oklahoma (management choice depending on current needs).

Requirements :

• Flexibility with relocation.  Ability to travel and work at other locations in Texas or Oklahoma during training.
• Qualified candidates  have a degree or related college courses in Business, Management,  Entrepreneurial, and / or related degrees.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude; willingness to perform hands on work.
• Willingness to work in all areas of the business from helping customers unload materials, operating equipment, hiring employees, training,  to managing the day-to-day operations of a metal recycling facility.
• Willingness to learn the metal recycling business from the ground up – safety, customer service, pricing, inventory control, personnel management, marketing, competitive strategies, day-to-day operations, and so forth.
• Generally, candidates receive hands-on training for approximately 18 months in Waco, all facets of the business; after training, relocation is required to another facility selected by management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.  Demonstrated lead by example in safety culture and orientation.
