What You’ll Tackle:

• Full-cycle litigation, including depositions, discovery, motions, and hearings
• Public contracting, real estate, and construction-related matters
• Defense of tort, personal injury, and dangerous condition claims
• Complex legal challenges facing California’s public education system

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $160,000 to $195,000 DOE
• Quarterly Bonuses: $5,000 to $20,000 for meeting billable goals
• Annual Bonuses: $1,000 for every 10 hours over 1800, up to $40,000

Qualifications:

• California Bar member in good standing
• Strong civil litigation experience (insurance defense, PI, tort, public property ideal)
• Interest or experience in public agency work, especially school districts
