$1,450 per week

About The Position

Job Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist

Profession : Registered Respiratory Therapist

Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist

Duration : 13 Months

Shift : 06 : 00 PM - 06 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12.5 Hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 Year

License :

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire or job transfer date required.
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee obtained prior to hire or job transfer date required.
  • Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire or job transfer date required.

Certifications :

  • Advanced Life Support preferred.
  • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.

    • Must-Have :

  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, NRP Advanced

    • Description :

    Provide evaluation of and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.

    Assess patients for the appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develop a plan of care based on diagnosis.

    Implement and monitor patient care plans and equipment.

    Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.

    Perform advanced respiratory care modalities.

    Evaluate respiratory practices, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcomes.

    Educate patients and families about health conditions and provide information about community support groups and other available programs.

    Respond to emergency resuscitation team codes.
