Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees using Paycom.

Oversee employee benefits administration, including open enrollment, new hire onboarding, and annual renewals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits questions.

Partner with HR leadership on compliance reporting, data audits, and process improvements.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Assist with onboarding, HRIS updates, and related administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications :

3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

Experience managing employee benefits programs.

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with payroll systems (Paycom experience preferred).

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), SHRM, or CEBS designation preferred.

Previous experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-based organizations.

Knowledge of HR compliance, ACA, and related benefit regulations.
