Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers. Candidate Overview : The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at prioritizing tasks, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Strong time management and communication abilities are essential, with a focus on executing projects and timelines efficiently.

Salary range : $54,000.00 - $60,000.00

Responsibilities :

• Follow Medscape's processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Partner with Project Management and other departments to develop a full understanding of Medscape's project workflow.
• Create, manage, and update project timelines in Workfront, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, and client deliverables, participating in kickoff, requirements, review, and prelaunch meetings.
• Use Workfront dashboards to monitor progress and follow up on incomplete tasks or delays.
• Communicate potential project issues or timeline changes to senior team members and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure client priorities and expectations are clearly communicated across internal teams.
• Focus on delivering high-quality, error-free client deliverables that support on-time launches and revenue goals.
• Conduct regular audits of project folders and maintain server organization.
• Provide coverage for team members during out-of-office periods to ensure continuity of project timelines and deliverables.
