Reporting to: Associate Creative Director

Location: Hybrid – Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Chicago

Contract: Full Time

Hours of work: 37.5/week

We are looking for a Senior Art Director who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves the challenge of discovering engaging and innovative content that genuinely excites our target audience. You’ll be the hands-on visionary involved in creating impactful social, digital and brand activation campaigns, from concept to execution, working on a design-savvy team and across clients to help brands effectively tell their story through various channels.

Role

We’ll depend on you for the development of our offering; championing and selling creative work, actively evolving design strategies that promote excellence, and translating marketing and branding strategies into fresh and impressive campaigns. All this while always acting as the guardian of quality and overall look and feel.

Responsibilities

• Create and concept social posts, ideas, and campaigns across different social platforms
• Work from a brief with a copywriter or other members of the creative team, to generate ideas that can be presented to clients
• Determine how to best represent concepts visually while maintaining a cohesive brand look, voice, and identity
• Produce sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and layouts based on creative ideas to bring concepts to life in deck-builds and pitches
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience, and develop artistic approach and style to match
• Offer input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• Mentor and guide working creative teams, from junior to mid-level, to set them up for success
• Stay on the pulse of industry and social trends, bringing new ideas to the table with the goal of expanding clients’ appetites.
• Manage projects, on and off location, and working within a budget to meet expectations
