Job descriptionImplement engaging and age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and Foster a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued. Lead and coordinate team participation in league matches, ensuring a fair and positive experience for all players. Emphasize the importance of effort, improvement, and enjoyment over strict competition. Maintain open and clear communication with players, parents, and league organizers. Provide regular updates on player progress and team activities. Instill values such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer-related activities. Act as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship both on and off the field. Conduct periodic assessments to understand each player's strengths and areas for improvement. Tailor coaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each player. Passion for working with young children Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Ability to work with little supervision Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid Qualifications Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation And finally, our coaches have a blast! US Soccer 4v4 and / or 7v7 coaching licenses. (Or willing to obtain them) Willingness to pursue further coaching education and certifications. Previous coaching experience, especially with youth soccer programs, is highly desirable. Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact on their lives through soccer. Excellent communication skills, both with children and their parents. Ability to convey soccer concepts in an accessible and fun manner. Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with fellow coaches, staff, and partners. Enthusiasm for contributing to the overall success and growth of the soccer program. Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment that prioritizes the well-being and joy of the players. Coaches earn from $ 20 / hr up to $40 / hr Opportunities to grow in position to a Head Coach, Senior Head Coach or Master Head Coach Coach Referral program $50 to $100 for every coach you recommend Bonuses and commissions for growing your class enrollments Free programming for family, and discounts for friends

Afterschool Youth Soccer Coach - Entertain young children while playing soccer and being active!
The Position :
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead children ages K-5th grade in fun and educational soccer activities. Our coaches are super-fun, energetic, upbeat, positive, and love to entertain young kids!
The Soccer Coach plays a crucial role in creating a positive and joyful soccer experience for children. Coaches not only
coach the game, but help to foster a love for sports while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth in
a supportive environment.
New coaches can work 3-10 classes a week (pending on availability) and can earn from $20 per hr up to $40 per hr.
The majority of classes are held after school hours. Coaches should be available to work at some of the following times :
- Monday : 3 : 00pm-6 : 30pm
- Tuesday : 3 : 00pm-6 : 30pm
- Wednesday : 3 : 00pm-6 : 30pm
- Thursday : 3 : 00pm-6 : 30pm
- Friday : 3 : 00pm-6 : 30pm
- Saturday : As needed
