Position Overview

LaRosa Landscape is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Installation Crew Member to join our team in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. This is a full-time position offering year-round employment with opportunities for growth and skill development in the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and construct hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Prepare jobsites, including excavation, grading, and material preparation
• Work with various materials, including pavers, natural stone, concrete, and brick
• Assist your crew leader with landscape installations and maintenance projects
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Perform snow removal services during winter months, including plowing, salting, and sidewalk clearing
