Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
- Provide mobility support, including transferring residents safely using gait belts or mechanical lifts
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Document care provided using electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts as required
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies
