Talent Acquisition Manager - Contractor

Staxmatic is seeking a driven and resourceful Construction Recruiter to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting field and office operations by sourcing, screening, and placing top construction talent across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and is proactive in developing recruiting pipelines that keep projects staffed and running efficiently.

• Up to $85,000 based on experience, plus a recruiting incentive for each hire.

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various construction roles.

Build and maintain a strong network of potential applicants through industry contacts, job boards, advertising, and employee referrals.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, timely updates to the applicant tracking system.

Conduct daily outreach calls to prospective candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to create targeted recruiting and interview plans for open positions.

Identify, vet, and pre-screen subcontractors as needed to support project needs.

Perform additional HR / recruiting duties as assigned.

1–3 years of recruiting experience; Proficiency in JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools.
