Encore Land Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Landman to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills who are eager to learn the fundamentals of land and title work. No prior industry experience is required just the willingness to learn and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities :

• Assist senior Landmen with title research, ownership reports, and document preparation.
• Learn to interpret deeds, leases, and legal descriptions.
• Support lease acquisition and landowner communications.
• Maintain accurate and organized land files and reports.
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
