Responsibilities
Agent Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Performance Analysis : Evaluate agency performances to identify areas for improvement and support strategic planning.
Consultative Selling : Assist agency partners in understanding market trends and consumer needs to align their offerings accordingly.
Training and Development : Provide guidance and development resources to agency staff to enhance their skill sets.
Problem Solving : Address any issues that arise promptly and efficiently, offering solutions that further agency and company goals.
Collaborative Initiatives : Work closely with internal teams to ensure that agency needs are met through innovative company resources and tools.
Recruitment : Help our agencies and Farmers Insurance expand their Footprint in Illinois.
Requirements
All applicants must fill out the required personality assessment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred.
Experience : 2 years in insurance sales, consultation, or a related position preferred.
Licensing : Active Illinois Property & Casualty License is required. If hired without, expected to fully license within 90 days.
Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analyzing insurance data to provide informed advice.
Problem-solving : Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve business goals.
Location : Proximity to Wheaton, Illinois, with the ability to work on-site as required.
