Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19 : 00 - 07 : 00). Weekend coverage required every other week. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients in a Level III high-risk facility, with attention to early inductions and continuous monitoring. The Registered Nurse will also float to the High Risk OB unit as needed. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit. Work with high-risk antepartum patients, including those requiring continuous monitoring. Assist with early inductions and other special procedures as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Float to High Risk OB unit and potentially two nearby lower-volume hospitals as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2.5 to 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. Active New Jersey nursing license required.
