About The Role

This role focuses on designing and developing insightful dashboards in Looker Studio to empower data-driven decision-making. You will create robust and scalable data models to support reporting needs, diagnose and resolve data quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance dashboard solutions. Working closely with the Data Engineering team , you will define technical requirements to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Additional responsibilities include : generating ad hoc reports for strategic initiatives, conducting detailed reviews of manual reporting processes, and identifying opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Role Requirements

You must have

• A Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline).
• Proven experience working in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimise data retrieval.
• Demonstrable skill in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues within pipelines or datasets.
• Adept at navigating and understanding the structure of existing data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau , or Power BI .
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formula creation.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and convey technical concepts to non-technical key stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning , with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
