Opportunity : RN - ED Job Details : - Work variable 3x12 shifts with 36 guaranteed weekly hours - 1 year of emergency department experience required - Required certifications : PALS, BLS, ACLS from AHA only - Must float or work in ED and med-surg as needed - all staff are cross trained - Work in 4-bed emergency department with 6-8 patient med-surg unit - Patient ratios : 1 : 3 (ED varies, estimates not guarantees) - Use EPIC electronic medical record system - Dress code : Black scrubs required - Work the ED and provide oversight to the med-surg department - Perform initial assessments and assist other nurses as needed - Care for emergency department, inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients - Must be a team player with positive and outgoing personality - Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1 Facility : This 25-bed critical access hospital serves Blaine County in western Oklahoma, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the rural community.
