The Field Engagement Manager
The Field Engagement Manager will serve as the primary liaison between XITS and HPE, driving joint sales pipeline growth through strategic alignment, field execution, and partner enablement. This role ensures both organizations maximize co-selling opportunities, accelerate deal velocity, and deliver measurable revenue impact in targeted accounts.

Qualifications
4+ years in channel sales, partner management, or field engagement roles. Strong understanding of OEMreseller dynamics, preferably in enterprise IT solutions. Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and manage complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and partner portals.
