Certified Agile Coach

A company is looking for a Sr. Certified Agile Coach to facilitate Agile transitions and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor Agile teams and coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners

Formulate governing policies to support Agile methodologies and improve team engagement

Identify project risks and assist in planning and executing Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Operations, Business, or Technology

Minimum 15+ years of experience in a business or technology role within an Agile environment

Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies

At least one relevant Agile certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, PSPO 2, PSM 2)

Agile Certified Practitioner and experience with Agile project management tools preferred
