Breast Imaging Radiologist

to join our renowned Department of Radiology. This

per diem

position involves performing health assessments, conducting diagnostic tests, diagnosing and managing breast-related health conditions, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in breast imaging and diagnostic radiology, with proficiency in mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided biopsies. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests for patients with breast conditions, including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided biopsies.
• Interpret and analyze diagnostic images to diagnose and determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct regular rounds and discussions with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide patient education on health conditions, diagnostic procedures, and treatment options.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and interpretation of clinical research, especially in breast imaging and related fields.
• Mentor and teach medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the academic mission of the Department of Radiology.
• Stay current with advancements in breast imaging technologies and clinical practices through ongoing professional development and research.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to continuously enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient evaluations, diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes in accordance with hospital standards.
