Overview

Get paid to work with kids ages 18 months to 12 years as you teach them how to create art. Assist teachers in preparing for classes, assisting during classes, and keeping the studio and materials clean, neat, and organized. We need people to help spread our Passion for Art Education. Position

This is a PART-TIME position. Job Posting : June 30, 2025. Position start date : September-October 2025. Timeline : Applications submitted after Friday, September 12, 2025 will not be considered for this position.

Here's the lowdown

We have mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend hours available!
Truly get a kick out of making a mess and believe kids should be messy too!
Be 18 years of age or older.
Interact with students during art classes, camps, and studio activities.
Work on your own during prep times
Are you enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and love working with kids? Then this job is for you!

Responsibilities / Mission Critical Stuff

Have excellent reading comprehension skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills; working well with others

Proactive is your middle name; the ideal candidate must be able to carry on tasks efficiently with little direction

Can maintain a neat and organized work area

Don't mind cleaning up after others. Much of your time on this job is spent cleaning up messes. Applicant should be willing and able to clean up after the fun is over!

Frequently lift and carry boxes that weigh up to 25 lbs

Maintain a high degree of professionalism; take the position seriously, even if seasonal or temporary

Must be an enthusiastic and reliable individual — no wallflowers here

During the school year : must be available at least two afternoons per week, and some evenings and weekends

During the summer : must be available at least three mornings per week, and some evenings and weekends

What you get

Specializing in children\'s art classes, camps, and art-themed birthday parties. At Kidcreate Studio, you will help children to create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different art materials. Weekly classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.
