We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care in Skilled Nursing / Sub-Acute, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Join our growing family at the newly expanded sub-acute household! We're looking for enthusiastic team members to fill various shifts.

Essential Functions :

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.

Enjoy competitive rates starting at $21 per hour during the day and $22.50 for evenings / nights on weekends.  All shifts are available!
