Job Summary

The Managerial Accountant performs a range of accounting, analytic, and operational tasks with an overriding focus on efficiently helping the team solve problems and meet its goals.

Essential Functions

  • Accrual Accounting, including posting routine transactions for Natura and its entities
  • Cost Accounting
  • Financial Analysis
  • Other quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Report generation
  • Workflow design
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Accrual Accounting
  • 4+ years of experience in general accounting or financial analysis
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets to solve business problems
  • Aptitude in Mathematics and Statistics
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred
  • Coding experience (Python, VBA, SQL)
  • Supervisory Responsibility

    This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities but may in the future.

    Pay Range

    85k-95k annually DOE

    Working Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

    Physical Requirements

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
