Job description3-5 years experience operating CNC Lathes and / or Mills Skilled in the use of indicator, gage, dial bores, and plate inspection methods for first article and in-process inspection of precision machined parts. Ability to maintain close tolerances (within .0003”), hold .0003 profile, roundness. Job Description
JSG is looking for a CNC Machinist to work at one of our premier Aerospace Clients in Downers Grove, IL.
4K BONUS!!!!
PAY RATE : $24-$30+ DOE
Position Summary
The candidate will be required to set-up, operate, and adjust CNC machines, Lathes and / or Mills. Work from drawings and written instructions to create parts. May need to make offsets to programs on CNC Machines.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all phases of part operations, maintains part conformance per sketch and drawing requirements.
- Perform and maintain accurate in-process quality inspection and records.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that reduce part quality variation.
- Input data into visual management forms and convey results to management.
- Continuously improve processes, procedures, and eliminate waste.
