Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr

We are seeking a Senior UX / UI Designer with a strong passion for building innovative product experiences that make people’s work easier and more efficient.

By further designing our SaaS solution, Unique AI, you will contribute shaping how Generative AI can improve employees’ daily work in the Financial Service Industry; helping them automate repetitive tasks and gain more time for value-generating tasks.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your Design craft to an industry hungry for digital innovation, leveraging the most innovative technologies to create experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that drive efficiency
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate visions and help stakeholders align on product solutions
• Leverage our client base to conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Collaborate with customer success, product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
• Further expand our design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all aspects of our UNIQUE Brand
• Occasionally support our Marketing and Sales team by providing key UI assets for product-marketing content
