Locksmith Assistant
Job Purpose : Receive customers, take orders, cash register, some sales, answer the phone. Someone who can multitask to enhance our locksmith techs' productivity.
Answer phones according to company guidelines
Some minor locksmithing like cutting keys.
Some product sales with walk in customer service.
Cash register, and restocking
Issues parts and supplies by obtaining and filling requests.
Minor daily clean-up
Various duties as qualifications may dictate.
Skills / Qualifications : Able to multitask & work productively with minimal supervision, Teachable and able to learn new things, Product Knowledge, Organization, Customer Service, Self-Motivated, Good Judgment, some use of hand tools, Computer use like Excel, Word.
