Position Summary
The Pre-Owned Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This includes managing inventory pricing strategies sales team performance and ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record in automotive sales management and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership :
Lead coach and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Inventory Management :
Oversee acquisition appraisal and pricing of pre-owned vehicles to ensure optimal inventory mix and profitability.
Customer Experience :
Ensure a seamless and positive buying experience for all customers.
Financial Performance :
Develop and execute strategies to maximize gross profit and maintain healthy turn rates.
Compliance & Standards :
Ensure adherence to all dealership policies manufacturer guidelines and legal requirements.
