Mitel Engineer

A company is looking for a Mitel Engineer to configure and troubleshoot Mitel phone systems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Mitel phones and Ignite call center software

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Mitel phone system

Provide knowledge transfer to staff and support daily operations

Required Qualifications

Five (5) years' experience as a Mitel certified telephone engineer

Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months as a Mitel professional

Mitel Ignite call center certification is preferred

Mitel certification on MiVoice Business and MiCollab platforms

Experience with Microsoft Teams telephone integration
