Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of frontend and backend web developers, overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our knowledge application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web development practices, DevOps, and experience with GitLab CI / CD processes and F5 Distributed Cloud Distributed Application features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of frontend and backend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements to our SaaS application, focusing on delivering modern, adaptable, and frictionless user experiences.
• Ensure the application is scalable, reliable, and secure, leveraging best practices in DevOps and use of F5 Distributed Cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize development tasks.
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring efficient and automated testing and deployment processes.
• Utilize F5 Distributed Cloud features to optimize application performance and security.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our development practices and application capabilities.

The annual base pay for this position is : $157,904.00 - $236,856.00. F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
