Location : Romeoville, IL Onsite at a leading manufacturing client)

Pay Rate : $22.00 – $24.00 / hour (based on experience)

PeopleShare is seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Manager to support daily staffing operations at our client site in Romeoville, IL. Schedule :

Monday – Friday (Full-time, daytime hours)

Must have flexibility to adjust start and end times as needed to support both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Job Responsibilities :

Serve as the main point of contact for the client and onsite associates

Manage daily attendance, shift check-ins, and headcount reports

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientations

Partner with the client on staffing needs, scheduling, and performance updates

Conduct floor walk-throughs to ensure employee engagement and safety compliance

Address employee concerns and communicate updates with the branch office

Maintain accurate daily and weekly reporting for the client and PeopleShare leadership

Requirements :

Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or warehouse leadership required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude

Comfortable working in a cold food production environment

Flexible to adjust hours as needed to support production schedules
