A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Robotics Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide remote and onsite technical support for Robotic & Digital Solutions products
Ensure 24 / 7 support for urgent customer needs and manage complex technical inquiries
Mentor less experienced staff and maintain quality system policies and procedures
Required Qualifications :
Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 6 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in Technical Support or related areas
Technical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations or similar compliance standards
Experience with ERP and CRM applications is preferred
