A company is looking for a Resupply Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing supply needs for patients receiving CPAP therapy
Process and track orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Review and resolve insurance denials for timely processing and reimbursement
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing patient supply needs, particularly in CPAP therapy
Familiarity with insurance verification and authorizations
Proficient in using workflow management platforms such as S3, Bonafide, Parachute, and Epic
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10-6 : 30pm EST
