Payroll Services Supervisor

A company is looking for a Payroll Services Supervisor responsible for overseeing payroll operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities and serve as the primary client contact to enhance customer satisfaction

Lead daily team activities to ensure timely completion of payroll tasks while maintaining quality standards

Train and mentor team members, track performance metrics, and supervise escalated issues

Required Qualifications

High School diploma required

At least 5 years of Payroll / Tax experience

At least 3 years of people leadership experience

PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Associate degree and FPC or CPP certification preferred
