Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing automotive service locations. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to grow with a trusted industry leader, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do :

Lead daily store operations, including sales, service, and repair functions

Coach and develop team members in technical skills and customer service

Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication

Drive store performance in sales, productivity, and profitability

Ensure high service quality, workflow efficiency, and a safe, clean environment

What We’re Looking For :

2–4 years of experience in retail automotive management

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Tire and automotive service knowledge

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

State inspection license (or ability to obtain)

What to Expect :

Fast-paced environment with a supportive, team-oriented culture

Full-time, 52+ hours per week including Saturdays

Physical work including standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and shop exposure
