Exciting Opportunity : We’re offering up to a $12,500 sign-on bonus for select Med Surg RN Residency night shift positions!

As a Registered Nurse on our Trauma Ortho Progressive Care Unit, you will be at the forefront of patient care, working with a diverse range of patients facing various medical conditions and acuity levels. While our team specializes in orthopedics, we also manage complex medical cases, making this a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position Details

This is a full-time night position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
  • Coordinate the care plan for assigned patients, consulting with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in clinical nursing practices while adhering to policies and guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Job Requirements :

  • Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State license from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
