The firm is expanding and hiring for multiple attorney positions within its Civil Litigation as well as the Estate Administration / Litigation department.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategies
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff within the firm
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain long-term client relationships
