Responsibilities
Senior level person works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff.
Research policy and guidance on processing of Letters of Acceptance and Amendments. Coordinate consolidated details for inclusion in LOA notes and scope.
Works in support of FMS partnerships with US government, program specific foreign military partners, domestic and international Industry partners in new acquisition and sustainment logistic activities related to the C-130 platform.
Works with all levels of Program Office and Integrated Product Support (All elements).
Partnership / Business Relations Support. Assist with preparing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and associated CDRLs.
Work with logistics, engineering, financial and other organizations on issues such as : technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems requirements and resources; systems acquisition requirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control; life cycle cost analysis and control.
Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, research, acquisition, or financial data and information as requested by customer.
Preparing technical reports / presentations / briefings using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat software.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Degree required.
6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
4 years additional work experience may be substituted for an associate degree.
Certifications / Licenses : N / A
Minimum 10 years of direct experience in FMS and Program Management
Secret Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system.
Desired Qualifications :
Experience with NAVAIR Acquisition Policies.
Experience with Foreign Military Sales Policies and Procedures.
Experience in Acquisition Management and Program Execution.
Experience in working with customer, leadership and team members.
Skills & Technology Used :
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving : Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills. Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills / techniques.
Business Partner / Effective Communicator : English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors. Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally. Ability to train, lead projects, direct employees. Customer service oriented, detail focused, proactive behavior, multi-task capability.
Software : Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

The following salary range is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $50 55 / hour
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional / geographic locations across the United States.
