Are you a dedicated Respiratory Therapist looking to elevate your career while making a meaningful impact? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team for an immediate, 13-week contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional respiratory care to patients while advancing your professional expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Working 3 scheduled shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
  • Utilizing your expertise to assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions.
  • Working with EPIC electronic health records and adapting to varied shift schedules to meet patient needs.

    • Required Skills :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Proficiency with EPIC EHR system.
  • Valid PALS, NRP, BLS, and ACLS credentials.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work varied shifts and days as needed.

    • Nice to Have Skills :

  • Experience in critical care or acute care settings.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training in respiratory management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and staff.

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting, particularly in a high-acuity environment.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Must be available for an ASAP start.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varied shifts.
  • Ability to commit to the 13-week assignment.
