This is an opportunity to become the 4th physician in this established outpatient office located in Orchard Park, NY.

The practice also includes primary care services.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Candidate must have current, unrestricted, New York State license

or NYS Licensure in progress and active on date of hire

The candidate must have current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state prescriptive authority.
