In this role, you will lead Dot Foods' enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics strategydelivering scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and generate actionable insights. You will also play a key role in advancing our enterprise AI strategy, partnering closely with the Senior Director of Data & AI to support the integration of AI-powered capabilities across the business.

What You'll Do

• Drive execution of analytics initiatives that align with long-term strategic goals, prioritizing work that improves operational efficiency, supports enterprise AI efforts, delivers measurable business outcomes, and promotes adoption through change management, advocacy, and ongoing value demonstration across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, coach, and develop team members.
• Develop and oversee the budget for analytics initiatives. Manage resources and vendor contracts.
• Own the technology roadmap for business intelligence and analytics, guiding Dot's transition to a modern cloud-based analytics stack (including tools like Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and ThoughtSpot). Ensure the architecture supports both current business needs and future AI integration.
• Partner with the Sr. Director of Data & AI and other teams to integrate operational analytics with advanced AI-driven insights. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to deliver solutions.
