What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse with ComForCare, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, individualized care. You will:
Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments of clients
Develop and oversee personalized care plans
Monitor and evaluate client outcomes and adjust plans. as needed
Provide skills training to care staff, as necessary
Offer direct care and administer medications when required
Maintain detailed documentation and coordinate referrals, when appropriate

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN) with at least three (3) years of nursing experience
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of California
Current BLS certification
Knowledge of safety, infection control, and patient privacy regulations
Able to pass state background check
