.NET Application Support Engineer

Join a high-impact team supporting a suite of enterprise applications for a global organization. We’re looking for a .NET Application Support Engineer to serve as the primary US-based point of contact, collaborating closely with an offshore support team in India.

What You’ll Do

• Represent the US team and develop a deep understanding of the existing application codebase.
• Partner daily with offshore engineers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Implement minor enhancements with a focus on stability and issue resolution.
• Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and global teams.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for support and maintenance.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Core, C#, Angular, and TypeScript .
• Proven experience in application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RESTful services, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core , and Git .
• Proficiency in web API development , cloud technologies ( AWS ), and basic understanding of Terraform .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex, existing codebases.
• Bonus : Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and RxJS .
