Sugaright is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to support and assist the Plant Manager in overseeing day-to-day plant operations. This critical leadership role ensures safety, quality, and productivity across departments, with a strong focus on employee development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

Support the Plant Manager in overseeing all plant operations including production, safety, maintenance, quality, staffing, and logistics
Train, mentor, and direct plant staff to ensure operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with business goals
Maintain a clean, secure, and safe working environment in compliance with all standards and policies
Collaborate with production planning, logistics, and customer service to meet customer expectations
Provide engineering support for operations, process controls, maintenance programs, and equipment layouts
Monitor and improve plant performance in safety, production, and quality metrics
Lead initiatives that drive employee development and improve team culture and performance

Experience :

3+ years in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Demonstrated success leading production teams with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

Experience with process equipment, including controls, pumps, valves, flow meters, and filtration systems

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English

Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities using technical / engineering knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Acc

Compensation details : 75000-90000 Yearly Salary
