Schedule / Hours :

Monday through Friday
10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Location :

Mesa, Arizona

Key Responsibilities :

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in LTC and outpatient retail settings.

Conduct medication reviews and provide patient counseling to ensure safe and effective drug therapy.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize pharmaceutical care for long-term care patients.

Maintain compliance with state pharmacy laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Active Arizona pharmacy license required.

Previous experience in long-term care and retail pharmacy settings.

Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.

Capability to operate within outpatient and mail order pharmacy environments is a plus.
