Account Manager

Pay : $25 - $33 / hr

Responsibilities include :

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts, handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Assist clients with placing orders , providing accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless delivery process for our products.
  • Maintain a strong, working knowledge of our product catalog to provide expert assistance and timely service.
  • Act as a client advocate , identifying and resolving issues with a focus on quick, effective solutions to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with various vendors to get parts, check order status, and obtain pricing and quotes.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist other departments as needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Help improve our processes by providing valuable feedback on system needs and potential changes.
  • Ensure all duties are performed in conformance with company quality management standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty parts is a plus.
  • Proficient with data entry and computers , including Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay for this position is $25-$33 per hour. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
