Weekly Schedule : 40 Hours

Certifications / Licenses :

  • Certs REQ : BLS, MA-C

Mandatory Experience :

  • Primary Care Medical Assistant
  • Schedule : 4x10hr, 0700-1730
  • Clinic can be flexible if candidate prefers 5x8hr shifts. Discuss with hiring manager.
  • Experience : 1 year REQUIRED; Adult Outpatient Clinic setting is REQUIRED

    • Professional Knowledge and Skills REQ :

  • Vital Signs : height, weight, pulse ox, BP, resp, temp, pulse.
  • Prepare for Exam : Record History / Medications / Allergies
  • Injections : Immunizations, intradermal, intramuscular
  • Specimen Collection : Capillary, labelling specimens, sputum, stool, UA
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills : F / u phone calls, rooming patients, review lab tests
  • Type of Facility : Primary Care Clinic
  • Charting : EPIC (experience is preferred)
